Here is a little encouragement for your weekend! Lets eat great this weekend. Lets stick to the FF/TVL plan this weekend. Lets share some of our light this weekend. And please please please for your boy Rip, get out of your houses, enjoy some fresh air and sunshine and BE ACTIVE!!! And again for the people who say something like “Rip its raining where I live, not everyone lives in Venice…” Rip says GROW UP!!!
