Ok kids, time to stock up on a few things before we get started. I suggest you pick these items up from Trader Joe’s or your local Co-Op instead of Whole Foods or AJ’s, as the savings will be significant.
The most important component of this flush is our sacred Cranwater. The cranwater is made up of 4oz Just Cranberry juice, 2 heaping tablespoons of ground FlaxSeed Meal and at least 20 oz of water (make sure to get the 100% Cranberry juice, not from concentrate, no added juices or sugars or anything else. It is very tart because it is just pure cran juice, but it has to be this juice, please DO NOT SUBSTITUTE). And during the first two week FLUSH period, you will need to drink a minimum of 3 Cranwaters per day…and 4 if you are really ambitious. 1 first thing when you wake up 2 right before lunch 3 right before dinner and 4 right before bed. Remember Champions, the more of this amazing stuff you drink the faster the Fat Flushing process will take hold. Think of it as an internal scrub for all of the nasty food that you have eaten over the years. Once we get rid of the old stuff, we can replenish with nutrient filled food that will fuel our bodies sustainably, and efficiently. Now drink those Cranwaters!!!
FlaxSeed Meal. This comes in all shapes and sizes. You can pick up GROUND flaxseed meal in bulk at Sprouts and Whole Foods. The cheapest one is sold at Trader Joe’s; it is called Bob’s Red Mill FlaxSeed Meal and it is about $2.50
Blender Bottle. They sell these at any High Health, GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, and even some Fry’s, and Von’s. It is just a mixer bottle that comes in all sorts of cool colors and its the ONLY one on the market that doesn’t leak. So, get your favorite color, maybe even a cool back up one so you dont have an excuse to EVER miss a cranwater, and you are all set!!
So lets review for our CranWater.

Couple things for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Lets start simple with all of this stuff ok. So 1 simple item for breakfast, a couple things for lunch and a couple things for dinner.
Breakfast- Pick up 2 jars of Quick Oats Steel Cut Oats from Trader Joe’s $2.99 per can. Grab 1 bag of Frozen Mixed berries $2.99 1 box, Almond, Rice or Soy milk $2.99-$3.99 and a bottle of Honey $2.99. NOW you’re all set for a great week of amazing breakfast nutrition! Suggestion: Prepare one full can of Oats the night before and refrigerate the rest. That way in the morn when you’re rushed, you can throw a big spoonful of oats, a few spoonfuls of berries, and some rice, almond or soy milk in a bowl, microwave until hot, sweeten with a little honey and you have just CRUSHED a morn meal in less than 5 minutes that is rushing fat out of your body!!
Lunch- Pick up 2 bags of pre-made salad/spring mix (make sure it has spinach) and 1 bag of Kale. These are both $2.99-4.99. Also, pick up some mixed vegetables. They have cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, sprouts, etc made up and ready to go. Pick up a package of whatever veggies interest you….go nuts…and mix in as many veggies as you can with your salads. You will eat a big salad every day for lunch for the first 6 days so BRANCH OUT people try something NEW………I challenge you to try at least 2 new veggies….maybe even some quinoa….wait what is that??!!!! aaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!!!! You will also need to pick up a bottle of Balsamic Vinaigrette $3.99, and some nuts of some sort (sunflower, pistachio, soy, whatever) $4.00-7.00
What I need from you here Champions is creativity. Make these salads the most creative, expressive, insane, masterpieces you have ever thought of. Every veggie, sprouts, avocado’s, quinoa, nuts, EVERYTHING. Make these the biggest baddest raddest salads you have ever had in your life!!!!!! easy on the dressing kids ok, geeze
Dinner- Pick up a couple boxes of microwaveable brown rice packets (3 packets per box) $2.99 and 1 box of microwaveable rice medley packets (3 packets per box) $2.99. Pick up 6 cans of Cuban Style Black Beans $.89 per can. 3-6 avocados (bag of six at TJ’s) $4.99 and a bag of limes $2.99. For dinner, we will be combining all of these components in a bowl and spicing it up with some hot sauce if you want. I really like Cholula. Some other good ones are; Tapatio, Tabasco or that super sick one that is purple and has a wizard on it from Whole Foods…really good.
Preparation- Microwave one bag of either brown rice or rice medley, heat 1/2-1 can of Cuban Style Black Beans, cut up 1/2-1 avocado, and cut a lime in half to squeeze over the top of your bowl. Add some hot sauce and you’re eating a dope dinner that is ushering fat out of your guts and into the toilet bowl sweet!!!!!!!!!
